Minimum Requirements
Print-Track Server and Print-Track Client run on dotnet 2.0 compliant computers running Windows 2000, Windows XP Pro, Windows 2003 Server, and Windows Vista. It is not necessary to install Print-Track Client on any client PC.
TCP/IP comunications protocol needs to be installed on server and client PCs (this is almost always the case).
Ideally, your network operating system should be a Windows Domain, or a Novell Network, but Windows work groups are supported, with limitations. If you have an OS or NOS question, please call us at 800-815-6908 (US) or +1-847-329-9875 (International).
Please note that this form is for ordering new Print-Track Server licenses. If you are looking to add printers to an existing license, please visit the Add Printers page. If you are looking for the latest version of a Print-Track component, please visit the Updates page.
How Licensing Works
Each instance of Print-Track Server is licensed permanently. Each instance is bound to a specific PC and cannot be transferred to another PC, except by permission of Advanced Technologies of Illinois (Tekvend).
By default, each licensed instance of Print-Track Server (PTS) can monitor three printers. Additional printers can be monitored on an instance of PTS for an additional per-printer license fee.
A licensed instance of PTS can be sublicensed for Print-Track Release Station for an additional fee. This sublicense fee is waived if you purchase a Tekvend controller. Print-Track Release Station works seamlessly with L version Tekvend controllers to vend copies and prints.
To purchase an instance of PTS, submit the Machine Key of the PC on which PTS is running (in demo mode). The machine key is found of the Registration Screen, and can be copied to clipboard.
If you have come to this page via Print-Track Server itself, that machine key may already be filled in below.
