Advanced Technologies Incorporated (ATI), an Illinois corporation founded in 1984, is an original equipment manufacturer of copy and print vending control devices and software, and industrial vending machine terminals.

Advanced Technologies' primary product focus is the manufacture and distribution of coin, bill and card operated controllers for copiers and printers. Additionally, ATI produces computer controlled vending machine terminals (VMTs) for dispensing personal protection equipment, medical supplies, office supplies and other employee consumables. The VMTs are controlled over a wide area network from a single central server. The entire hardware and software vending and distribution solution is sold through a consortium composed of VendGuard Inc. of Spokane, Washington, Transentric Corporation of Omaha, Nebraska, Fawn USI of Des Moines, IA, and Advanced Technologies.

Advanced Technologies distributes copier control products made by Copie Monnaie France (CMF). Specifically, Advanced Technologies sells and services CMF's fully alphanumeric keypad copier controller, the Copicode Alpha™, its ethernet equivalent, the Copicode Alpha-X™, and two magnetic card controlling devices, the TC11N and TDA2. The TDA2 is sold separately as part of an MDB enabled vending device (for example a water machine), or as a "card only" copy and print vending solution (as the TDA2L). Advanced Technologies counts among its many customers such major corporations as Xerox, Minolta Business Systems, Canon USA, Equitrac, Copyguard USA, Pharos, and Debitek.

Advanced Technologies markets many of its own products under the brand name of TekVend™, including our copy tracking software products, Alpha Suite Basic™ and Alpha Suite Lite™, our print tracking software, Print-Track® Plus™, and our print and copy vending software, Print-Track Release Station™. CMF sells under the brand names Cartadis® and Copicode®.

New Version of Print-Track® Plus™ Now Available
April 10, 2008: Tekvend is pleased to announce the availablity of a new and major release of Print-Track® Plus™, version 1.50. This version allows the tracking of print jobs sent from Mac OSX and Linux clients. Jobs sent from these clients to postscript compliant printers can be tracked for all print attributes, including job name, originating IP address, Mac or Linux username, total pages, color vs B/W, and duplex. Multiple copies of "Excel for Mac" jobs show as a single line, instead of in the cumbersome parent-child format. See our Mac-Track page for further details.

Improved Print-Track Release Station™ Released
February 1, 2008: Tekvend is pleased to announce the release of a new and improved version of Print-Track Release Station™. Users can now search for and release unsecured but paused jobs by computer name or logon. Ideal for locations where installation of the client pop-up (Print-Track Client™) is not needed or desired. Jobs can still be secured via password from client PCs where the client pop-up is installed. Print-Track Release Station™ can now run on the same PC as Print-Track Server™ in "kiosk mode".

New SQL Version of Print-Track® Plus™ Available
January 10, 2008: Tekvend has released a new SQL compliant version of its software Print-Track® Plus™ for download and purchase. You can now choose freely between an Access database and an SQL 2005 database. Additional features of this award winning Windows print tracking and print & copy vending software include reports by logon, color and duplex, accounting for kept but reprinted jobs, autodeletion of jobs based on total price, and full NUP accounting for all postscript printers.

TDA2L Card Only Print and Copy Vending Controller Released
October 15, 2007: Tekvend is pleased to announce the release of a new "card only" vending controller, the TDA2L™, which integrates seamlessly with Prnt-Track Release Station to vend copies and prints on a Windows network. The TDA2L can function as a copy only, print only, or copy and print vending controller, and supports penny pricing for up to six copy type prices. The TDA2L is fully ethernet compliant, is controlled from Print-Track Client™, and comes standard with a bypass keyswitch.

New Ethernet and Serial Capability for Coin, Bill, Debit Card and Credit Card Controllers
February 2, 2007: Advanced Technologies announces the availability of serial and ethernet controlled coin and bill controllers, to work in conjunction with its Print-Track ® Plus™ software. This newly developed hardware extension of its copier controller line allows the vending of copy and print jobs against coin, bill or magnetic card.

Alpha-X™ Ethernet Compliant Copier Controller Launched
October 19, 2006: Tekvend is pleased to announce the availability of its Copicode Alpha-X™ controller for controlling copiers. The Alpha-X controller is fully ethernet compliant, yet works in stand-alone mode for maximum reliability. The Alpha-X can be configured to be pollable from any external IP address, and can be polled automatically, as a scheduled task.
